    these are the Unzulänglichkeiten of the English language! What i meant is that the feeling of being monitored stops you from becoming a revolutionary! By creating a subjective Angst, to say too much or the wrong things, you have the feeling that you are not yourself anymore. This is the digital public space - Facebook - and you won't do it...This leads to passivity and no revolution!
    I know that people do not trust FB because of what they heard they are doing with their personal data.There is a deep mistrust against the company, which i share, but i think this fear can lead also to serious alienation. Maybe i should have said "political demonstration" or be courageous with your timeline! You are more than welcome to help me with the Formulierung!

    thank you for your response! passivity is a "clear and present danger" [no this not correct: clear and present condition] and indeed can have roots in roles allowed to roam unexamined and "inbred". will try to help if i can.
