classmate judy... also one of my favorites and why...(?) -how manel would quote it- well, not because of the hair like nil's portrait, but because of the strange hand placed extremely unnatural in-front of the face, holding the glass in the same extreme unnatural way. almost going in the glass of waterrrrr. NICE touch there! the background is also great. i can guess where this could take place, but not really... what i want to say here is that: the illusion of some parts is well done in your own perception. leaving the imagination to the viewer, i guess that is what i really love in painting!
ha thank you, very happy with comment. I didn't realise up until now, there are five fingers (besides the thumb) Total accident. Happy accident maybe. The hand is trying to tell me something.
